Can you believe that someone said this was an “unflattering” picture of my dear, fat cat (Abi)?!? So the picture doesn’t hide the fact that she is a fat cat… she’s still adorable and beautiful. What a loss for those who cannot see that…
When I look at this big white belly, I start thinking about how beautiful bellies are… whether they are on my dear girl, Abi or on someone on the street. 😉

She’s a cutie, and you can tell she’s loved, she looks so relaxed in that picture. Fat Cat sleeps like that sometimes, when he’s up at the head of the bed on DH’s side (Fat Cat weighs 17 lbs, and Slick, our other cat, weighs 16).
Your kitty has the same markings as mine. And she is also plump. And I love her.
Abi? Unflattering? Paaaleeeeeze! She’s gorgeous and SHE knows it!
I adore fat cats. Yours is so cute, this picture makes me want to plant wild kisses on its belly 😀 😀 😀 And besides, cats are the ultimate perfect creatures and therefore incapable of looking “unflattering” 😛
She is gawjus, and that belly just looks made for snorgling!
[…] was going to be an itteration in the fatness divine series (yes, I’ve decided it shall be a series, if I can hack it! teee heeee..), but I […]
I love cats, no matter what they look like! I have a fatcat, T’Pol (Yes, I am a sci-fi geek!) whom we refer to as Football Kitty, because of her shape. Yet she’s the sweetest most pretty grey/black tabby, and we love her, even if it does take her a few tries to make it up on the couch! Her sister, Hoshi, is not fat, and he’s got the worst temperment, attcking the other cats to make them scream, doing things with us yelling at her to stop, and then meowing angrily when she gets punished (We call it talking s**t to us)
Fatness Divine rules!
I’m a sci-fi geek myself. If I remember correctly, that’s a star trek reference. 🙂
I love that talking $%^& bit. I have one very talky cat, but his meows tend to sound like “cow” or “mer-cow”… so when he gets to meowing, I say he’s talking about the cows again.
You would be dead on about the ST reference!
That’s too funny, a cow kitty! I’ve had many over the years who ‘talked’ in different dialects, some even to the point that the other cats couldn’t understand them.
